We have metallurgists working exclusively on material selection at beganning.

The professional heat treatment equipment and technology are adopted for maximun carbon penetration for a high carbon surface and low carbon core, which helps increasing strength, durability ad wear resistance.

Assembly of chains forms one of the most critical steps in chain making. We have a quality control team to do the screening here for 100% of the chains being produced.

Pre-loading forms one of the proof of our high standard manufacturing process wherein the recommended maximum working load is estimated.

Finally, chain quality further improved with high quality grease lubricated to reduce noise ad increase service life.
